Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Premium SWB Store. By creating an account or downloading a project, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up.

2. Uploading content

• You must own the rights to any project, image, or text you upload, or have permission to share it.
• Uploaded projects are reviewed by admins before appearing publicly; we may reject or remove content that violates these terms.
• You may not upload malware, cracked/paid software, or content that infringes on someone else's copyright.

3. Using downloaded projects

Projects are provided for learning and building your own apps. Unless a project explicitly states otherwise, you may modify and reuse it, but you should credit the original author where reasonable and not resell a project unmodified as if it were entirely your own work.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Uploading fake download/view counts, spam comments, or manipulating platform metrics.
• Harassing other users, impersonating the admin, or attempting to access the admin panel without authorization.
• Uploading content that is illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit.

5. Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, suspend, or ban accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.

6. No warranty

Projects are provided "as is" by their uploaders. We don't guarantee that any project is bug-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Changes to the service

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the store at any time.
